Inaugural Revolutionary Pageant’s National Pageant October 2024
So yall, I did a thing…I made the switch from competing in pageants to becoming a National Director with Revolutionary Pageants. Oh the pure joy of watching people from all walks of life transform into a better version of themselves is such a rewarding thing!
I learned so much more about the inner workings of the pageant industry this past year under the guidance of our phenomenal CEO/Founder, Tisha Savage. Being the visionary she is, she wanted to create a space to challenge the norms in the pageant industry. She wanted to create a space where people from all walks of life are celebrated and respected. She wanted to create a space where people could really use their platforms to amplify their voices for change. At first I was so unsure if I was ready to direct. Life was giving me its challenges but the name of the pageant is Revolutionary…I have always been a rebel, an outsider. I never fit in. I have always had to fight, to strive for what I belief in, so why not help others find their voice and advocate for change?
The journey has had its ups, downs, twists and turns but that’s life in a nutshell right? I have been allowed the opportunity to pour into so many amazing titleholders. I get to have front seat access to some of the most phenomenal human beings who have hearts of gold and a passion for uplifting their communities. I am so excited to see what 2025 holds.
